How Bad is My First Experience Of Shopping At Daraz.pk
Hi, i am a writer at daytimes.pk and today I will share with my readers my first experience of shopping at Daraz.pk.
Time to time I do online shopping from different online shopping gateways and few days ago I thought why not to shop from a renowned shopping gateway, I mean Daraz.pk.
I had the worst online shopping experience here. It was so bad that I will never go back to that online shopping gateway to buy.
All of you aware that Daraz.pk is one of the renowned online shopping portal in Pakistan.
They claim that its trendy and reliable online shopping platform. But today you will see here how bad is my first experience of shopping and totally the waste of my money.
Here you can see I ordered for the Eveline Luxury Professional Cream+Serum-50ml as you can see in the picture below:
But what I got was totally opposite and they send me the Eveline Gold Lift Expert Firming Cream 40+ (shown below in the image) but their receipt with the parcel contains the same name of creams posted above:
My second order was Huawei G8 tempered glass screen protector but when I received parcel there was iPhone glass screen protector. But again their receipt shown the exact name Tempered Glass Protector for Huawei G8. You can see the images below which show how much difference in Huawei G8 and iPone;
Finally I decide to contact the customer service at Daraz.pk I repeatedly call them at (+92) 21 111-132-729 but found no response.
To conclude I can say that the Online Stores on Daraz.pk are fake and money Makers. They really don’t care about the customers. Let this be a warning to any would be customers, stay far far away from this online shopping gateway.
